Todd Buchanan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Equifaira Partners Inc., where he leads the firm's investment strategy, portfolio company relationships, and day-to-day operations.

For the first 25 years of his career, Todd built and operated his own technology and management consulting firms, working with Fortune 500 companies, public enterprises, and private businesses on the creation and implementation of business process management methods and technology. He has held senior executive positions — including President & CEO, VP of Strategy & Execution, VP of Corporate Finance, and VP of Corporate Development — across companies in the consumer products and technology sectors.

In 2010, Todd turned his focus entirely to founders. Since then, he has partnered with and guided early-stage companies through start-up, proof of concept, and hyper-growth stages. He brings the same hands-on, embedded approach to every Equifaira engagement — working inside the companies we back, not above them.

Todd currently serves on the boards of several companies and organizations and is a passionate advocate for fair, transparent private investing and model corporation corporate governance.

Elliott Routly, CFA, is an Associate Partner at Equifaira Partners Inc., contributing deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and investment analysis to the firm's portfolio company work and investor relations programs.

Elliott's career path is unusual — and unusually well-rounded. He began as an engineer, designing hydroelectric projects and a light-rail transit station before transitioning into finance. After earning his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, he went on to build a career spanning infrastructure finance, M&A advisory, and corporate strategy.

He spent several years at Agentis Capital Partners, a leading Vancouver-based infrastructure finance advisory firm, where he worked across renewable energy, transportation, and public-private partnership (P3) transactions at a global scale. He also served as CFO at a Vancouver construction company, where he oversaw financial planning, corporate strategy, and investment decisions.

Elliott brings a rare combination of quantitative rigor and real-world operational experience to every engagement, helping Equifaira's portfolio companies build the financial foundations they need for sustainable, investor-ready growth.

Anu Jolliffe is an Associate Partner at Equifaira Partners Inc., contributing deep expertise in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and accounting systems to help Equifaira's client companies build the operational foundations required for sustainable, investor-ready growth.

Anu is the founder of Grey Sky Tech, where he serves as Chief Technology and IT Security Officer. With over two decades of experience in IT leadership, Anu specializes in back-office and IT operations modernization, cloud and infrastructure management, data and AI initiatives, and fractional CFO services for growing businesses.

His technology credentials span the Microsoft ecosystem — including Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform — and he holds certifications including Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader, Azure AI Fundamentals, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL Foundation. He is also a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Certificate in Project Management program.

In addition to his work with Equifaira, Anu serves as a Director At Large of the Victoria Data Society, reflecting his commitment to building the data and technology ecosystem in British Columbia. He brings a rare combination of technical depth and business acumen that gives Equifaira's client companies the operational backbone they need to scale.
