Why we built Equifaira
The name Equifaira comes from two words: equity and fair. We chose that name deliberately, because it describes everything we believe about how private investing should work.
Private markets have historically been the domain of institutions, insiders, and those with the right connections. Individual investors — even sophisticated ones — have been left out, or worse, invited in on unfair terms. Founders who build great companies from nothing have too often found themselves sidelined by the very capital they needed to grow.
Equifaira exists to change that. We carefully select exceptional founder-led companies, invest in them alongside our investors, embed our team inside to drive real results, and guide everyone toward a liquidity event that is genuinely fair for all stakeholders.
